50% at booking, the rest 90 days before arrival. Zelle, Venmo or check with no fee; credit cards with a 4% processing fee.
Security deposit
Refundable: $2,000 for the main house, $300 for the cottage. Returned after check-out.
Cancellation
Full refund more than 90 days out. 50% refund more than 60 days out. No refund within 60 days.
Minimum stay
Two nights most of the year. Seven nights in summer and over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Check-in & out
Main house after 3 pm, cottage after 4 pm. Check-out by 11 am. Self check-in with smart locks.
House rules
Children welcome. No pets, no smoking. Events with visiting guests must be arranged in advance.
